Basic recipe
– 750 g flour
– 2 packets of dry yeast
– 2 tsp. salt
– 450-500 ml warm water
■ Mix all ingredients with the kneading
hook for approx. ½ minute at setting 1,
then for approx. 4-5 minutes at setting 3.
