Nothing appears on the external monitor

Check
Is the external monitor connected to the correct port?
Are you projecting a split screen?
Is the projector in standby mode?

I want to change the language for messages and menus

Check
Change the Language setting.

Email is not received even if a problem occurs in the projector

Check
Is Standby Mode set to Communication On?
Is power being supplied to the projector?
Is the Mail Notification function set correctly in the Configuration
menu?
The port to which the external monitor should be connected varies depending on the port to which the image
you want to display is being input.
• When inputting an image signal to the Computer In port or the BNC In port, connect to the Computer/BNC
Out port.
• When inputting an image signal to the SDI In port, connect to the SDI Out port.
Only RGB signals projected on the left screen from the Computer In port or the BNC In port can be displayed
on an external monitor.

No images are input when the projector is in standby mode.
Adjust the Language setting from the Configuration menu.
