1. Reconnect the DHW cylinder to the pipework.
2. Insert new gaskets
3. Fit flange cover
Max. torque: 40 Nm
4. Refit stainless steel circular blank
cap .

Max. torque: 160 Nm
5. Fill the DHW cylinder on the DHW side.
6. Retighten all flange covers
Max. torque: 40 Nm
7. If present, insert thermometer sensor
secure with spring clip
8. Insert high limit safety cut-out sensor
secure with wing nut
9. Fit thermal insulation
