Troubleshooting
This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is
manually relieved. To help prevent serious injury
from pressurized fluid, such as skin injection,
splashing fluid and moving parts, remove battery and
follow the Pressure Relief Procedure when you
stop spraying and before cleaning, checking, or
servicing the equipment.
Problem
Sprayer makes no sound when
trigger is pulled

Cause
Trigger is locked.
Sprayer status indicator light is solid
RED when triggering, indicating that
the battery charge is low, or the bat-
tery is too cold.
Sprayer status indicator light is flash-
ing RED when triggering, indicating
that the battery is too hot to operate.
Sprayer status indicator light does
not light when sprayer is triggered.
Battery is not installed or is damaged.
Motor/control board kit has reached
maximum life.
Check everything in this Troubleshooting Table before
you bring the sprayer to an authorized service center.
Disengage trigger lock. See page 8.
Replace with charged battery and place
old battery in charger, or allow battery to
warm up.
Allow battery to cool.
Install battery or replace.
Replace motor/control board kit.
