On 1500, 2000 and 2500 units there are M5 screws
Remove all debris and deposits from the coil face, drain tray, outlet pipe, condensate
hoses and the condensate disposal system.
Check there are no kinks in condensate hoses. If the condensate pump is a peristaltic
type change the rubber pump head tube. Refit drain tray opposite to removal

Remove the screws that fix the outlet grille to the
unit.
Remove the outlet grille from the unit.
Remove the M5 screws that fix the drain tray to the
underside of the unit.
in the air outlet to remove as well.
Remove M6 screws at each end of the drain tray.
Remove the drain tray from the unit.
