3. Press down on the top outboard
area of the seatback until a click is
heard. When you hear the click, the
seat is latched.
To return the seat to the upright
position:
• Pull the release handle up to
unlatch the seat.
• Flip the seatback up until the
seatback until a click is heard.
When you hear the click, the seat
is latched.

SAFETY RESTRAINTS

Safety restraints precautions
Always drive and ride with your seatback upright and the lap
belt snug and low across the hips.
To reduce the risk of injury, make sure children sit where they
can be properly restrained.
