Defective attachment pad.
Service required.

Possible Solution
Ensure transducer is firmly attached to the
monitor.
Secure legplate to patient.
Inspect legplate connection.
Check ECG paste; re-apply, if necessary.
Replace electrode.
Auscultate FHR.
Replace electrode.
Replace legplate.
Replace attachment pad.
Call for service.
