ALARM MESSAGES & EXPLANATIONS (Continued)
CONDENSER THERMAL OVERLOAD
If the refrigeration system cannot maintain the condenser coil inlet temperature less than 60.0
F an alarm will sound and the heat will be shut off. Some possible causes are listed below.
• Fan failure, need repair/maintenance.
• Dirty evaporator coils need to be cleaned (inside rear panel of machine).
• Airflow to the evaporator coils is restricted.
• Unit tripped by high head pressure, reset.

SAFETY CIRCUIT INTERRUPTED
The Heater Over Temp relay or Vapor Over Temp relay alarms are active. To confirm which
one is tripped you can check the low voltage signal on the over temp relays. The relay showing
voltage is the cause. If you are unclear how to check this, contact FTI's Service Department
for direction.

This alarm requires the main power to be cycled off for 20 seconds to reset these fatal alarms.
