ALARM MESSAGES & EXPLANATIONS (Continued)
BOIL SUMP LEVEL LOW
This alarm is triggered by a float switch in the boil sump. Two possible issues can cause this
alarm:
- Solvent level in the boil tank has fallen below the minimum level required
- The switch has failed
Check the level of the solvent to ensure it is higher than the float switch. If it is low, fill the
machine with solvent using the procedure listed under "Filling and Draining Solvent" in this
manual & try to clear the alarm. If the alarm continues check the float switch for proper
operation.
BOIL CONTAIMINED
The solvent temperature has risen 10 degree's above boiling point required by the
F-100 Series. This means that the solvent need to be changed out of the system.
Change the solvent using the procedure listed under "Filling and Draining
Solvent" in this manual.
