To cook
Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas mark 6. On a floured surface, roll the dough out
to form a 20cm (8 inch) square. Using a sharp knife, cut the square in half to form two
narrow rectangles. Cut each rectangle crossways into 1cm strips. Roll each strip to about
20 cm long. If required, brush each strip with olive oil and roll in the sesame seeds. Place
the rolled dough onto a baking sheet and bake for about 8-15 minutes depending on their
width. Turn once during baking. Bake until golden brown and crisp then allow them to cool
on a wire rack.
