3. Character input: Press 0 to go through in the candidate list; press left scroll
key or right scroll key to highlight the Chinese character you want in the
candidate list. Press

4. Prediction: You phone will keep predictive function until you select Back.
Press 0 to go through in the candidate list; press left scroll key or right scroll
key to highlight the Chinese character you want in the candidate list. Press
OK
to select the highlighted character.
5. End prediction: You phone will keep predictive function until you select
Back. You can continue enter strokes for the next character.
If the current predictive list does not show your desired character, press
to delete predictive character, or enter the new strokes for the next character.
6. Clear all strings you entered: After deleting all strokes of a character, press
Clear
to delete the characters to the left of the cursor; press and hold
delete the inputted characters more quickly. Press down scroll key and up
scroll key to move the cursor.
Stroke input example: To input 你好
1. Enter into the
Creat
message.
2. Input the stroke for 你 : Press 3, 2, 3, 5 and 2.
3. Select 你 from the candidate list, and then press OK.
4. Select the character 好 from the predictive list, and then press OK.
5. You phone will keep predictive function until you select Clear.
■ Traditional English input
1. Switch the input method to Upper Case status or Lower Case status, please
see "Switch between input methods" on page 20.
2. Press a number key (2 - 9) to enter the first letter on the key, press twice to
enter the second letter on the key and so on.
If the next letter is located on the same key as the present one, press the
down scroll key or upward scroll key to finish the previous letter; or wait until
the cursor appears.
