Configuring the speaker settings

Setting your speaker system

Select the setting according to the speakers that are connected.
Setup menu
"Speaker" > "Configuration" > "Power Amp Assign"
Settings
Select this option when you use a normal speaker system (not using Zone
Surround
B speakers or a bi-amp connections).
Select this option when you connect front speakers that support bi-amp
BI-AMP
connections.
Select this option when you use Zone B speakers in addition to the
Zone B
speaker system in the main zone (Zone A).

Setting the use of a subwoofer

Selects the setting according to the use of your subwoofer.
Setup menu
"Speaker" > "Configuration" > "Subwoofer"
Settings
Select this option when a subwoofer is connected.
Use
The subwoofer will produce LFE (low-frequency effect) channel audio and
low-frequency components from other channels.
Select this option when no subwoofer is connected.
None
The front speakers will produce LFE (low-frequency effect) channel audio
and low-frequency components from other channels.
