#06490 - (1) BOLT, 3/8" X 2", BUTTON-HEAD SOCKET; BLACK
#06491 - (1) WASHER; 3/8" 1D X 1-1/4"OD; FLAT; BLACK
#06380 - (2) DECAL; RETRIEVER 4X2; DUMP BED
#06155 - (1) BOLT; 1/4" X 2-1/2"; HEX; ZINC
#06157 - (2) BOLT; 3/8" X 6-1/2"; HEX; ZINC
Latch Handle

Bolt; 3/8" x 5"
(p/n:06208)
1. Your hardware bag should contain the
following bed latch assembly components.
3/8" x 1-1/2"
3. Attach assembled latch to dumpbed as
shown using (1) 3/8" x 2" black zinc button-
head bolt (p/n:06490), and (1) 3/8" x 1-1/2"
black zinc button-head bolt (p/n:06489).
Place (1) 3/8" ID x 1-1/4" OD flat washer
(p/n:06491), under the head of the 2" bolt.
Fasten using (2) 3/8" nylock nuts
(p/n:001205P).

#06178 - (1) BOLT; 1/4" X 1-1/2; HEX; ZINC
2. Assemble the components together as
shown using the 3/8" x 4-3/4" bolt
(p/n:06427) and 3/8" nylock nut
(p/n:001205P). Do not over tighten. You
should be able to freely pivot the latch handle
in the bracket.
4. Below the latch locate the threaded
insert that is located in the side channel of
the dump bed (see above picture to help
illustrate) and attach the 2.875" spring (p/n:
06143) using bolt a 3/8" x 1" (p/n:06153).
