4.2 Assembly SOP
Preparation before assemble
1. Clean the room for work
2. Identify the area for material
3. Prepare the implement, equipment, material as bellow:
1) Working table
2) Philips-head screwdriver
3) Glove
4) Cleaning cloth
5) ESD protection
Note: The disassembly procedure for AW2521HF/ AW2521HFL/ AW2521HFA/ AW2521HFLA is the
same. The difference is only the appearance color. The actual color of AW2521HF/ AW2521HFA is
black, but AW2518HFL/ AW2521HFLA is Lunar Light.

Operation
1. Assemble AC power socket
to Main SHD and lock 1
ground screw.
2. Insert "AC Socket Wire" to
SPS BD and assemble
SPS BD to Main SHD
3. Insert "IF BD to Docking
BD wire" and "SPS BD
wire" to I/F BD
4. Assemble I/F BD to Main
SHD
