5.2 Assembly SOP

Preparation before assembly
1. Clean the room for work
2. Identify the area for material
3. Prepare the implement, equipment, materials as bellow：
1) Working table
2) Philips-head screwdriver
3) Gloves
4) Cleaning cloth
5) ESD protection
6) U3415WB Curve Sponge Jig

1. Insert "WIRE
8P/8P" into SPS
BD, then,
assemble SPS BD
to Main SHD
2. Insert "WIRE
8P/8P" to LED
Driver BD, then,
assemble LED
Driver BD to Main
SHD
3. Insert EDP FFC to
I/F BD and adhere
1 tape to fix
4. Insert SPS BD
wire to I/F BD,
then, assemble I/F
BD to Main SHD
5. Lock 10 PCBA
screws
6. Assemble Mylar to
Main SHD
