4.4 Variable Registration

4.4.1

Registration of standard variables

Variables such as tags, I/O, and work registers can be referred to from the user
program. The variables referred to from the program need to be registered as
standard variables in the corresponding controller variable registration screen.
Tag variables of PV, LP , and PB will be automatically registered to the
corresponding controller variables when tags are registered with the tag editor
without being registered as standard variables.
To register standard variables, press the "Default Variable (D)" button in the
Controller variable screen of Tools. For variables, refer to "3.2 Variables".
Controller variables can be selected from the Controller memory type display
screen shown below.
