    During the warm-up and during the exercise, press these buttons to scroll through the pages with the workout data. Press and hold these two buttons simultaneously within a minute of the display turning on to start the Technogym threshold power test.

    The “% FTP” column gives the ratio between the instantaneous power and the threshold power; this value is expressed as a percentage of watts. The %FTP value is shown on the display only if the threshold power is known. The threshold power is calculated using the Technogym threshold power test.
