Load Paper; Install The Printhead - Canon MultiPASS MP730 Setup Sheet

Load paper.

Place a stack of paper (print-side up) in the multi-purpose tray
guide A and adjust to the width of the stack w. Then place the tray cover D over
the multi-purpose tray e.

NOTE
• You may have to move over the document cover cable E to place the tray cover on the
multi-purpose tray.
• Make sure the stack does not exceed the paper limit mark B or tab C. Otherwise a paper
jam may occur.

Install the printhead.

Press [Open] q and lift up the scanning unit w.

Remove the printhead from its packaging, then remove the orange protective
cap A.

IMPORTANT
• Do not touch the metal rod or any parts inside the
machine.
• The machine must be turned on when opening the
scanning unit.
