Setting ECM

(UURU FRUUHFWLRQ PRGH³Reduces data lost due to poor telephone lines. On
good telephone lines, ECM has little to no effect. On poor lines, it increases
sending time and possibly telephone charges, but sends the data much
more reliably.
1 Press the Menu button.
1:Fax Functions will display.
2 Press 7.
7:Advanced Setup will display.
3 Press Enter.
1:Scan & Fax will display.
4 Press 4.
4:ECM will display.
