1:Speed Dial will display.
4 Press 2.
2:Broadcast List will display.
5 Press Enter.
Entry(01-30):01 will display.
6 Enter the number you want to assign to this person (01-30) and press
Enter.
Tip! Enter the leading zero. For number 3, enter 03.
7 Enter the fax number and press Enter.
8 Repeat Steps 2–7 for each person on the list.
9 Press Cancel repeatedly to exit the menus.
To print the Broadcast List, go to Print Reports and print report 4.

Note: You cannot delete the entire Broadcast List at once. You can delete
individual entries using 3:Delete Entry under Set Speed Dials.
