Solution
Remove load and restart the Clean Washer with affresh
Use only HE detergent. Always measure detergent, following
manufacturer's directions based on your load requirements.
Increase concentration level of Load & Go Dispenser through
the Tools button.
Run Rinse & Spin cycle without detergent to remove excess
suds.
Make sure the Load & Go bulk dispenser is disabled if you are
using a single dose of detergent.
Avoid tightly packing the washer/dryer. Avoid washing single
items. Balance a single item with such as a rug or jeans with
a few extra items.
Reboot the washer/dryer by touching and holding the 'Home'
icon for 15-20 seconds. If the problem persists, try resetting
the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet and then
plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.
