RULES FOR SAFE DRIVING

For the safety of the child, before starting up the
vehicle read and carefully follow the following
instructions.
• Teach the child how to use the vehicle properly for
safe and enjoyable driving.
• The toy must be used with caution, as it requires
substantial dexterity in order to avoid falls or
collisions which could cause injuries to the user or
third parties.
• Before starting, check that there are no people or
objects obstructing the vehicle's path.
• Drive with hands on the handlebars/steering wheel
and always watch the road ahead.
• Brake in good time to avoid collisions.
ATTENTION! The item is equipped with a brake
system which needs to be appropriately illustrated
to the child by an adult.
WARNING!
• Check that all the wheel fixing studs/nuts are
fastened properly.
• If the vehicle is overloaded, as can happen on soft
sand, mud, or very uneven ground, the overload
switch will immediately disconnect the power. The
power supply will be restored after a few seconds.
UNINTERRUPTED FUN: Keep a spare set of
charged batteries ready for use.
PROBLEMS?
THE VEHICLE DOES NOT WORK?
• Check that there are no disconnected cables under
the accelerator plate.
• Check the operation of the accelerator button and
replace it if necessary.
• Check that the battery is connected to the
electrical system.
THE VEHICLE LACKS POWER?
• Charge the batteries. If after charging the problem
persists, have the battery and charger checked by
an assistance centre.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
ASSEMBLY MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY
ADULTS. TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING THE
VEHICLE FROM ITS PACKAGING. ALL THE
SCREWS AND SMALL PARTS ARE CONTAINED IN
A BAG INSIDE THE PACKAGING. THE BATTERY
MAY ALREADY BE FITTED INSIDE THE ITEM.
ASSEMBLY
1 • FITTING THE FRONT WHEELS: Prepare 2 of
the 4 wheels, inserting a hexagonal bushing on
the inner side of each wheel. From the opposite
side, press a rim into place for each wheel.
2 • Remove the steering lever protection caps.
3 • Insert the following elements in sequence into a
steering lever: one large metal washer, one
wheel, one plastic washer, and one small metal
washer.
4 • Insert a nut and secure the wheel using the tool
supplied. Proceed in the same way for the other
front wheel.
5 • FITTING THE REAR WHEELS: Press the 2 round
elements (drivers) into place in the wheels, as
shown in the figure, and press the rims in place
into the outer part of the wheels.
6 • Remove the protection caps from the rear axle.
Insert the round bushing from the left-hand side
of the vehicle, leaving the smooth part facing
outwards. Insert the axle and a large metal
washer.
7 • Fit the wheel into the gearmotor on the right-
hand side of the vehicle. Insert the other wheel
on the opposite side. Insert a plastic washer and
a small metal washer on each side. Place the
respective nuts and secure the wheels
simultaneously using the tool supplied and pliers.
8 • Press the 4 hubcaps into place.
9 • Insert the gear shift lever into its housing, until it
snaps into place.
10 • Place the bumper at the front of the vehicle,
inserting the tab into its housing.
11 • Fasten the bumper.
12 • Insert the handlebar in its holder, taking care that
the grooves on the handlebar fit perfectly into
the slots, as shown in the figure.
13 • Tighten the assembled handlebar unit.
14 • Insert the handlebar cap.
15 • Insert the grips until reaching the end stop,
taking care that the notches engage properly.
16 • Insert the handlebar unit into the steering
column, pulling it upwards to ensure that the 2
holes correspond, as shown in the figure.
17 • Tighten.
18 • Insert the mudguard flap, taking care that the 2
hooks are fully engaged.
19 • Insert the screw into the hole and tighten the
flap. Proceed the same way for the other flap.
20 • Insert the antenna into its opening and push in
place.
21 • Rotate the red lock behind the saddle and bring
it to the position shown in the figure. A: the
saddle is locked; B: the saddle can be opened.
22 • Press the rear part of the bodywork down, to
facilitate the opening of the saddle. Lift the
saddle.
23 • Connect the plugs. Always remember to close
and to fasten the saddle when you have finished.
The vehicle is ready for use.
FEATURES AND USE OF THE VEHICLE
24 • PEDAL: Electric accelerator/brake pedal. The
brake activates automatically by lifting the foot.
25 • GEAR SHIFT LEVER: the vehicle has one forward
and one reverse gear.
I = first gear
R = reverse
REPLACING THE BATTERY
PLEASE NOTE: THE PICTURES OF THE BATTERIES

SHOWN. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE
REPLACEMENT AND CHARGING PROCEDURES
DESCRIBED.
26 • Rotate the red lock behind the saddle and open
it. Press the rear part of the bodywork down, to
facilitate the opening of the saddle. Lift the
saddle. Disconnect the wiring unit plug from the
battery plug by pressing on the sides.
27 • Loosen the battery holder and remove it.
28 • Replace the battery. Tighten the battery holder
back in place, reconnect plugs A and B, and close
the saddle.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND ANY
OTHER WORK ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY ADULTS.
THE BATTERY CAN ALSO BE CHARGED
WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE TOY.
29 • Open the saddle. Disconnect the wiring unit
plug A from battery plug B, pressing on the
sides.
30 • Insert the battery charger plug into a domestic
power socket following the instructions
attached. Connect plug B with the battery
charger plug C.
31 • Once the battery is charged, remove the battery
charger from the domestic socket, then
disconnect plug C from plug B.
32 • Insert plug B into plug A until it clicks into
position. After completing the procedure, always
remember to reinstall the battery holder and
close and secure the saddle.
