Installing the Vacuum Degasser

Preparations

• Locate bench space

• Unpack the vacuum degasser module

C A U T I O N

If there are signs of damage, please do not attempt to install the module. Inspection by

Agilent is required to evaluate if the instrument is in good condition or damaged.

1 Place the vacuum degasser on the bench.

2 Ensure the power switch on the front of the vacuum degasser is OFF

3 Connect the power cable to the power connector at the rear of the vacuum

4 Connect the interface cable to the vacuum degasser. The interface cable
