If you can't shut down and restart the PC normally,
press in the power button for 5 seconds. The PC
will shut down. Note that any unsaved data will be
lost.

1 Close any unused applications and check
whether the PC's performance improves.
1 Click on the letter corresponding to your PC's
hard drive in W W W W i i i i n n n n do do do dow w w w s s s s E E E E x x x x p p p p l l l l o o o o r r r r e e e e r r r r . The amount of
free space on the disk is displayed at the bottom
of the Explorer window.
Remove or back up any unwanted files.

access with a file compression utility.
