Assigning a User Password and Account Limits

1. Use the keypad to enter a user password.
The number you entered is displayed.
Input the user password and press Start
(0000=Off, 0000-9999)
User Password: 7777
2. Press Start.
The number is registered and the Output Color selection screen
is displayed.
3. Use the keypad to select the desired number.
The number you selected is highlighted.
Select to limit the use for Output Color and
Press Start
1 No limit 2 Color only
4. Press Start.
The option you selected is registered and the Account Number
entry screen is displayed
To assign user passwords to other account numbers, repeat main
step 2 through sub-step 4. Refer to the next page to delete an
account and password.
