Condition
Normal on when start is pressed.
Fault condition if start is pressed &
LED off.
If DC voltage is normal, it would be
always ON. If off, fault condition
exists.
When current of motor exceed 18A,
the LCD will turn on.
If LIMIT light is bright for 3 to 5
seconds, the Shut_D light will turn
on.
the Shut_D light will be always

If motor Drive Circuit has a fault,
LCD ON.
Motion of incline motor is up.

No input.

Solve
Check fast/slow wires of 10PIN connector.
Replace controller.
Replace console.
Check the supply voltage is 110-120V.

Check mechanical drive system is not locked
or jammed.

Turn off power and reset the treadmill.
Replace controller.
Replace "Drive IC".
Replace controller.
