4-4. Drive and Final Amplifi er
The signal from the T/R switch (D601 is on) is amplifi ed
by the drive amplifi er (Q601,Q602 and Q603) to 25~27dBm.
The output of the drive amplifi er is amplifi ed by the RF pow-
er amplifi er (Q606) to 5.0W (1W when the power is low).
The RF power amplifi er is MOS FET. The output of the RF
power amplifi er is then passed through the harmonic fi lter
(LPF) and antenna switch (D606, D607 are on) and applied
to the antenna terminal.
4-5. APC Circuit
The APC circuit always monitors the current flowing
through the RF power amplifi er (Q606) and keeps a constant
current. The voltage drop at R642, R645 and R647 is caused
by the current fl owing through the RF power amplifi er and
this voltage is applied to the differential amplifier (IC600
1/2). IC600 (2/2) compares the output voltage of IC600 (1/2)
with the reference voltage from IC108, and the output of
IC600 (2/2) controls the VGG of Q602, Q603 and Q606 to
make the both voltages the same. The change of power
high/low is carried out by the change of the reference volt-
age. Q607, Q608 and Q610 are turned on and Q604 and
Q605 are turned off in transmit and the APC circuit is active.

4-4. 驱动和末级放大器
来自 T / R 开关 ( D601 打开 ) 的信号由驱动放大器 ( Q601,
Q602 和 Q603) 放大到 25~27d B m。驱动放大器的输出由 R F 功
率放大器 (Q606) 放大到 5.0W( 当功率低时为 1W)。RF 功率放
大器为 M O S F E T。R F 功率放大器的输出随之通过谐波滤波器
(LPF) 及天线开关 (D606,D607 打开 ),然后加到天线端子上。
4-5. APC 电路
A P C 电路随时监测通过 R F 功率放大器 ( Q606) 的电流,并
保持恒定电流。R642,R645 及 R647 的压降是由通过 R F 功率
放大器的电流所形成的,并且该电压加到差动放大器 ( I C600
1/2)。I C600(2/2) 比较 I C600(1/2) 的输出电压及 I C108 的
基准电压,同时 I C600(2/2) 的输出对 Q602,Q603 及 Q606 的
VGG 进行控制,使两个电压相同。功率高 / 低的变化通过基准
电压的变化来执行。在发射时 Q607, Q608 及 Q610 打开,Q604
和 Q605 关闭,同时 APC 电路激活。
