4. Remove the OPTION PCB from the connector (CN710)
of the Control PCB.
5. Attach the flat spring (G02-1846-03) to the VGS-1 as
shown in the fi gure.
Note:
Attach the fl at spring so that its convex fi ts the PCB hol-
low of the VGS-1.
6. Attach the cushion (G13-1974-04) to the VGS-1 as shown
in the fi gure.
Note:
Be sure not to cover the VGS-1 connector with the cush-
ion.
7. Insert the VGS-1 connector into the connector (CN710)
of the Control PCB.
8. Reinstall the cover using the two screws removed in
step 2.
9. Perform the water resistance confi rmation and then ap-
ply the bond to the two left side screws, tightened in the
rear of the transceiver. (Refer to pages 23 to 30.)

5. 如图所示，将板簧 (G02-1846-03) 安装到 VGS-1 上。
注意 :
安装板簧时，应使其凸起部分与 VGS-1 的 PCB 凹槽相吻合。
6. 如图所示，将缓冲垫 (G13-1974-04) 安装到 VGS-1 上。
注意 :
请勿将缓冲垫盖住 VGS-1 连接器。
7. 将 VGS-1 连接器插入控制 PCB 的连接器 (CN710)。

8. 用步骤 2 拆下的两颗螺丝重新安装盖子。
9. 进行防水性能确认，然后在手持对讲机背面拧紧的两颗左
侧螺丝上涂上粘合剂。( 请参阅第 23 至 30 页。)
