Checking Method for Key Components

2.8 Temperature Sensor

1) Outdoor temperature sensor : TH1
2) Discharge pipe(D-pipe) temperature sensor : TH2
1. Check the condition of installation and the contact of temperature sensor.
2. Check whether the connector contact of temperature sensor is normal.
3. Measure the resistance of temperature sensor.
3) Pipe temperature sensor : TH3
Resistance
1.07 kΩ±3.3 %(85 °C) 28 kΩ±7.7 %(85 °C)

2.9 Fan lock and Fan IPM Check

Checking Outdoor Fan Lock
1. Check alien substance in the Fan.
2. Check the imprisonment of fan
3. Check Motor Wire connection

4. Check the Motor. Refer to the below.

Please turn Fan, if fan is turn, ok.
