CAUTION:
If you are going to assign more than one VLAN to
a port, for example, to create a trunk, set the
Trunking Mode of the port to 802.1Q (or some
other tagging format). The 10-Gigabit module
supports only 802.1Q; whereas, other modules also
support 3Com and Multi-Layer tagging.

This section describes three sample configurations that use the 10-
Gigabit module to link two switches together.
In the switched network configuration that is shown in Figure 10,
the two switches are configured with the same VLANs (1 through
5). The default parameters for the 10-Gigabit module will carry
traffic from all VLANs with 802.1Q tagging.
