Vehicle Data Entry

The system will prompt the
technician to enter vehicle
information, all fields must be
completed with as much information
as possible
– Vehicle Number will be the " Vehicle
Display Name" in Online AVL2
– VIN: Please enter the entire VIN (17
digits)
– Odometer or Hours must be entered,
if vehicle tracks both please include
both fields

All information transfers back to the
customer's account
