5 Setup
5.1 Setup/Delivery Inspection Information
Setup/delivery inspection should be performed by
provider at time of delivery/set up.
PROVIDERS — Refer to 10.2 Setup/Delivery Inspection,
page 72 for a setup/delivery inspection checklist.
Initial adjustments should be made to suit your
personal body structure needs and preference.
Thereafter weekly, monthly and periodic inspections
should be performed by user/attendant between the
six month service inspections. Refer to Chapter 9
Maintenance, page 64.
