Terms and Conditions

Emerson guarantees every product to be free from defects and to conform to
current goods specifications. The warranty period is one year from the date of installation
by the first user or eighteen months from the date of shipment to the first user, whichever
occurs first.
No warranty is given for products subjected to improper storage, improper installation,
misuse, or corrosion, or products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized
personnel. Repair work resulting from improper use will be charged at standard rates.

Manufacturer's Liability

Emerson declines all liability in the event of:

Use of the actuator in a fashion that contravenes local safety at work legislation
Incorrect installation, disregard for, or incorrect application of the instructions
provided on the actuator nameplate and in this manual
Modifications without Emerson's authorization
Work done on the unit by unqualified or unsuitable persons
