2-6-2. Fan (Aspiration)

Removal
1. Remove the louver. (Refer to Section 1-2-1.)
2. Remove the upper case assembly, and
disconnect the harness from the connectors
(CN12, CN13, and CN15 to CN17) on the
PS-699 board.
(Refer to steps 2 and 3 in Section 2-2.)
3. Disconnect the fan harness from the connec-
tor (CN18) on the PS-699 board.
4. Remove the two screws, and remove the fan
bracket.
5. Remove the two screws, and remove the fan.
Installation
6. Reattach the fan in the reverse order of steps
3 to 5.

When attaching the fan, be sure to have the
right side and direction for the label and
harness.
7. Reassemble the unit in the reverse order of
steps 1 and 2.
