Néanmoins, si un défaut ou un
problème survient en cours de
soudage, contrôlez l'appareil
suivant les instructions données
dans ce guide de dépannage.
La plupart des défauts et
problèmes de soudage résultent
d'un mauvais entretien de la torche
de soudage et de l'ensemble de
l'équipement ; de nombreuses
défaillances sont dues au
raccordement de la ligne.
La procédure suivante doit être
suivie
- Vérifiez la tension de secteur
- Assurez-vous que les fusibles de
la ligne ne soient pas hors service
ou desserrés.
- Vérifiez le raccordement du câble
de puissance d'entrée dans la
prise et le contacteur primaire de
la source.
- Vérifiez la tension secteur sur le
contacteur entre chaque phase
- Vérifiez l'interrupteur de secteur
et l'interrupteur de puissance de
l'appareil.
NOTA
Les générateur STARMATIC sont
équipés d'une protection
thermique sur le transformateur
principal et le redresseur.
Lorsque la machine est en
surchauffe, le thermostat
fonctionne et la sortie du
générateur sera perturbée, mais le
moteur du ventilateur continuera à
fonctionner pour refroidir la
machine.

Nevertheless, if any defect or
problem should arise during
welding operation, check the unit
following the instructions given in
this troubleshooting guide.
The majority of welding faults and
problems result from improper
maintenance of the welding torch
and of the whole of the equipment
; numerous faults are due to line
connection.
The following procedure must be
observed
- Check the line voltage
- Make certain that the line fuses
are not blown or loose
- Check the connection of the
power input cable to the plug and
the primary contactor of the
source.
- Check the line voltage on the
contactor between each phase
- Check the main switch and the
power switch of the apparatus..
NOTE
STARMATIC power sources are
equipped with thermal protection
on the main transformer and the
rectifier.
When the machine is overheating,
the thermostat operates and the
output of the power source will be
disturbed, but the motor of the fan
will keep on operating to cool the
machine down.

-Die Netzspannung überprüfen
-Vergewissern Sie sich, daß die
Sicherungen der Leitung nicht
außer Betrieb oder locker sind.
-Den Anschluß des Netzkabels in
der Steckdose und am Netzschütz
der Stromquelle überprüfen.
-Die Netzspannung auf dem
Schütz zwischen jeder Phase
überprüfen.
- Netz -und Leistungsschalter des
Gerätes überprüfen
HINWEIS
Die STARMATIC -Generatoren
sind mit einer thermischen
Schutzvorrichtung auf dem
Transformator und dem
Gleichrichter ausgestattet.
Überhizt das Gerät, tritt das
Thermostat in Funktion und der
Schweißstrom wird abgeschaltet,
doch der Ventilator läuft zur die
Kühlung der Anlage weiter.
