The following applies to the TELEPERM M products described in this manual:
Products which carry the CE symbol fulfil the requirements for the EC Directive
89/336/EEC.
The EC declaration of conformity and the documentation relating to this are available
to the authorities concerned, according to the above–mentioned EC Directive, Article
10 (2), from:

Products which do not have the CE symbol meet the requirements and standards gi-
ven in the System Manuals under "General Technical Data".
For the TELEPERM M System, the following field of application apply according to
this CE symbol:

The setup guidelines and notes on safety given in the System Manuals must be ob-
served during startup and when operating the TELEPERM M System.
To protect the modules from the static electricity, the user must discharge his body's
electrostatic charge before opening cabinets.
Observe the general ESD Guidelines.
