Q: What could cause my wireless setup to fail?
A: Your wireless setup can fail for the following reasons:
• Camera has low or dead batteries.
• Wrong Router Password (Local Network)
• The Router you are trying to connect to has no Internet access(Local Network)
• Poor signal strength on either the Camera, Device, or Router(Local Network)
Q: Where do I locate the serial number on a Stealth Cam cameras?
A: Under the weather seal gasket that pinches between the back of the camera and the door, on
the bottom of the camera.
Q: What should the trigger speed be on my stealth camera?
A: This varies depending on the model of the camera. Typically 1 second or less.
Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries in my camera?
A: Rechargeable batteries are not recommended. We do recommend a high quality alkaline or
lithium battery.
Q: What are my options if my Stealth or Wildview camera is out of warranty?
A: We have a customer loyalty program. You can send us your old camera and you'll receive 50%
off of a brand new one.
Q: Will my camera continue to record after the SD card is full?
A: No, not until the SD card is cleared of its files.
