NOTE OF REPLACING THE IC ON THE DCDC BOARD
When replacing the IC on the DCDC board, remove the earth wire
that connected to the DCDC board, and it is necessary to install
certainly.
Be sure to work according to the following procedure.
Earth wire position:
front side
rear side
Procedure:
1. Remove the DCDC board.
Note 1: Refer to "2. DISASSEMBLY" on page 12.
2. Remove the solder on the conductor side of the DCDC board,
remove the earth wire (W1901).
3. Remove the defective IC, install the new IC.
4. Install the earth wire that removed in step 1 to the same posi-
tion.
Note 2: Be sure to solder the earth wire certainly with referring to the
fi gure below.

(Surrounding the earth wire on the DCDC board (Conductor side))
Note 3: If the earth wire is insuffi ciently soldered, the power supply re-
peat to turn on/off intermittently, it is possible to damage for the
MB-1613 board.
5. Install the DCDC board as before, turn the power of this unit
on, and check the operation.

BOND FIXED POSITION OF ELECTRICAL PARTS
When the parts that fi xed on the board by the bond have been re-
moved, fi x the parts by using the bond (ADHESIVE (SC608Z2))
in the mounting to the board. (Refer to the fi gure below)
