1-8. Error Message
Result of the self-diagnosis is displayed on the display of the front panel as the error message.
Message Meaning
"MEM NG" An error has occurred during the D-RAM check.
"NG: DPRAM" An error has occurred during the dual port RAM check.
"NG: NONRT" An error has occurred in the CPU data transmission
and reception circuit.
"PROTECT!" The write protect function of the FLASH ROM (CH0)
is enabled.
"Copy NG" Contents of the IC card do not agree with those of
the FLASH ROM.

Measure
Check peripheral of IC703 (F-1) and
IC704 (F-2) on the IF-694 board.
Check peripheral of IC502, IC503 (E-5),
IC1402 and IC1403 (E-6) on the IF-694
board.
Check peripheral of IC500 (D-5), IC502,
IC503 (E-5), IC1401 (D-6), IC1402 and
IC1403 (E-6) on the IF-694 board,
and optional board.
Set S600-8 (A-1) on the IF-694 board to
OPEN (upper position).
Check peripheral of IC705 (F-1),
IC706 (F-2), IC707 (G-1), and IC708 (G-2)
on the IF-694 board.
