For stability, the timer No-Response should be greater than the timer
Keep-Alive and the timer No-Response should be greater than the timer
Poll. Timer No-Response and timer CC should be set to a value greater
than the round trip delay. The timer Idle may be considerably greater than
the timer Keep-alive.
Table 33 shows the SSCOP configuration parameter values.
