WARNING: Do not use this charger for charging Lithium Ion batteries other than the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO ) type. Other Lithium Ion battery types may not be sufficiently charged or may be overcharged with this charger. Overcharging may ignite or burst a battery and cause injury to persons and damage to property. -

Use this button to set the function of the digital display to one of the following: Minutes (Models DSR134 and SC1485) – The digital display shows the minutes remaining of the chosen corresponding rate charge time without scrolling. Not available for Recovery mode. - Page 8 CHARGE RATE BUTTON Use this button to select one of the following rates: Models DSR134 and SC1485: – 35 minute charge for automotive and marine batteries. Maximum charge rate for large batteries that can accept up to 60A of charging current. (Charging will continue after the timed interval, until the battery is fully charged.)

Maintain Mode of operation. NOTE (DSR134 and SC1485): If you are using the FULL (240 minute charge) mode, when the minutes display counts down to 0 minutes, or the battery becomes fully charged before this time, the charge cycle will be complete. -

MAINTAIN MODE When the green Charged/Maintaining LED is lit, the charger has started Maintain Mode. This mode of operation is known as Float Mode Monitoring. In this mode, the charger keeps the battery fully charged by delivering a small current, when necessary. The voltage is maintained at a level determined by the battery type selected. -
