1 Menu screen
This displays a menu corresponding to the
button on the control panel which has been
pressed.
The button corresponding to the
currently displayed menu lights green.
The menu displayed directly by pressing a
button is here termed a main menu, and
menus called from within such main
menus are called submenus. In some cases
there are submenus nested to different
depths, which are referred to as level 1,
level 2 and so forth.
2 Control knobs
When a parameter is displayed in the
menu screen, rotate the corresponding
control knob to adjust the value.

3 USER MENU 1 to 3 buttons
You can assign a commonly used menu to
each of these buttons. This allows you to
access such menus with a single button
press.
To make the assignment, first display the
required menu, then, holding down the
LEARN button in the Flexi Pad™ block
(see page 3-15), press one of the three
USER MENU buttons.
Note
When a menu allocated to one of the
USER MENU buttons normally only
appears if some particular function is
enabled, then it is not possible to access
the menu from the USER MENU button
when that function is disabled.
