2-5-2. RGB ADC Adjustment

1. Input the W/B HIGH adjustment signal (XGA) to
INPUT-A and connect an oscilloscope to the TP5602
on the C board.
2. Set the CONTRAST to 85.
3. Enter the item "OTHER" of Device Adjust of menu.
4. Set 06 3D GAMMA/THROUGH: 0 to 1.
5. Set 07 3D GAMMA/SW: 1 to 0.
6. Enter the item WB ADJUST of menu.
7. Make sure that adjustment values of R/G/B GAIN
BIAS are as follows.
R GAIN: 155
G GAIN: 155
R BIAS: 100
G BIAS: 100
8. Enter the item "GAMMA" of Device Adjust of menu.

Let the screen show the LEVEL 7, and memorize it to
cursor of oscilloscope.
Let the screen show the LEVEL 0, and memorize it to
cursor of oscilloscope.
10. Enter the item "OTHER" of Device Adjust of menu.
11. Adjust 28.ADC/G GAIN so that 78.9 IRE DC level of
W/B HIGH adjustment signal coincides with the
LEVEL 7 memorized data, and adjust 31.ADC/G
OFFSET so that 10.2 IRE dc level coincides with the
LEVEL 0 memorized data.
If necessary, repeat these two adjustments and memo-
rize them.
12. Connect an oscilloscope to the TP5702 on the C board.
13. Adjust 27.ADC/R GAIN so that 78.9 IRE DC level of
W/B HIGH adjustment signal coincides with the
LEVEL 7 memorized data, and adjust 30.ADC/R
OFFSET so that 10.2 IRE dc level coincides with the
LEVEL 0 memorized data.
If necessary, repeat these two adjustments and memo-
rize them.
14. Connect an oscilloscope to the TP5802 on the C board.
15. Adjust 29.ADC/B GAIN so that 78.9 IRE DC level of
W/B HIGH adjustment signal coincides with the
LEVEL 7 memorized data, and adjust 32.ADC/B
OFFSET so that 10.2 IRE dc level coincides with the
LEVEL 0 memorized data.
If necessary, repeat these two adjustments and memo-
rize them.
16. Select the item SAVE TO MEMORY of W/B AD-
JUST of menu, and save the data by pressing ENTER.

2-5-3. RGB LOW Confirmation

1. Enter the item "WB ADJUST LOW" of the menu.
2. Make sure that adjustment values of R/G/B GAIN
3. Enter the item "OTHER" of Device adjust of menu.
4. Set 06 3D GAMMA/THROUGH: 1 to 0.
5. Set 07 3D GAMMA/SW: 0 to 1.

Select the item SAVE TO MEMORY of W/B AD-
JUST of menu, and save the data by pressing ENTER.

in the DC 0.5 V range.
