Please explain how to avoid printing Fax Activity Report.
Field Remedy
The Fax Activity Report is a printed log that shows the results of send jobs. The Fax Activity Report can be printed at a specified time or it can be printed automat-
ically when the number of send transmissions reaches 40.
To manually print a Fax Activity Report.

Reports can be printed only if 11" x 17", LGL, LTR, or LTRR (plain, recycled, thin, or color) is loaded in a paper source whose settings in "Other" in "Paper Drawer
Auto Selection On/Off" in "Function Settings" ("Settings/Registration") are set to "On". However, if "Consider Paper Type" for "Copy" is set to 'On' in "Paper
Drawer Auto Selection On/Off", you cannot print from a paper source with color paper specified.
1) Press "Settings/Registration".
2) Press "Function Settings" > "Send" > "Fax Settings".
3) Press "Fax Activity Report".
4) Specify each setting > press "Off".

1.1.7.5.1 Number of registered Confidential Fax Inbox

Please explain the number of registered Confidential Fax Inbox.
[Reference] There are two types of Fax/I-Fax Inbox: the Memory RX Inbox and Confidential Fax Inbox. You can use both inboxes to store files received by Fax
and I-Fax.

The number of Confidential Fax Inbox is 50 boxes.

- In order to use a Confidential Fax Inbox, it is first necessary to register the Confidential Fax Inbox as a forwarding destination in "Forwarding Settings".
- If a file received by I-Fax matches the specified forwarding conditions, it is stored in the Confidential Fax Inbox without being printed. This feature is useful for
receiving confidential files. You can print files stored in the Confidential Fax Inbox whenever necessary.
[Caution] You cannot store any more files in the Fax/I-Fax Inbox in the cases described below. (These numbers may vary depending on the remaining capacity of
the hard disk.)
- When a total of 1,500 files or images are stored in the Mail Box and Fax/I-Fax Inbox
- When a total of 6,000 pages of files or images are stored in the Mail Box and Fax/I-Fax Inbox
- When there is insufficient memory available
