Melody On Chord
To select knee lever control over Melody On Chord:
Press the A.B.C./M.O.C. button in the DISPLAY SELECT section and use the
Page buttons to select the M.O.C. page (Page 2). Then set the KNEE control
to ON, and select one of the modes.
