Do not modify any part of the machine, do not
demount the machine.
Use only appropriate blades, specially designed
for the machine. It is prohibited to use all kinds of
saw blades. Only use original blades. Blades must be
in good condition and well sharpened. Do not put
too much pressure on the cutting blade.
After having switched off the tile cutter, it keeps
running and the blade keeps rotating for a few
seconds. WATCH YOUR FINGERS!

The diamond blade must turn in the water from the
water tank!
Prevent water from reaching the electrical parts of
the tool. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Do not use the tool if the on/off switch doesn't
work.
Protect the unit from the humidity. The
unit should be neither wet nor used in a wet
environment.
Before use, check if the power cable and
extension cable are damaged or too aged.
Do not use the tile cutter if the cables are
damaged or worn.
If the cable deteriorates during the use,
immediately disconnect the plug of the power
supply. DO NOT TOUCH THE CABLE BEFORE THE
DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY.
Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure that all
components are included. Refer to the drawings
on this manual. If any parts are missing or broken,
please call IVT assistance center.
Assembly instructions
CAUTION: The assembly and installation
of the device must be realized with the
unplugged machine.
The tile cutter must be mounted on a sturdy and
plain workbench (or equivalent).
Mark the mounting holes located at the base of
tile cutter on the workbench.
Drill a hole in each of the positions previously
marked.
Place the tile cutter on the workbench.
Insert a pin and put a washer in the two holes.

Be careful that the length of the outgoing thread
(marked "X" in figure) should be at least 15 mm for
each mounting bolt.

Finally place one bolt in each hole and tighten
them firmly with a nut.
Mounting or replacing the blade (2)
Remove the water tank (3) from underneath the
machine.
Remove the lower guard (13) by loosening the
screws on each side of the guard.
Remove the guard (4).

Use the spanner (10) to lock the axis engine.
With the hex key(11), loosen the mounting nut
from the motor spindle and remove it.
Slide the outer flange.
Install the blade (2). Note: pay attention to the
correct direction of the rotation of the blade.
Reposition the outer flange and thread and
tighten the arbor nut and secure the blade (2).
Reposition the lower guard (13) and secure it
with its screws.
Note: When replacing the blade (2), make sure
to properly place the plastic cover between the
crankcase and the blade (2) in order to avoid that
the blade (2) touches the guard during operation.
