Manual instruction
charger is inserted into the power outlet and the
charging connecter is inserted into the bushing (8)
at the bottom of the handle.
The battery charging status indicator (4)
shows the charging progress. During the charging
operation the indicator is lit in red. Once the red LED
goes off, the battery is completely charged.
If the battery charging status indicator (4) lights
green during the On/Off switch (7) is triggered, the
battery capacity is enough. If the charging status
indicator (4) lights not green anymore during the
On/Off switch (7) is triggered, the battery must be
EN
charged.
The handle becomes warm during the charging
of the power tool. This is normal.
If you do not intend to use the charger over a
longer period of time, please disconnect it from the
mains.
The power tool cannot be used while the battery
is being charged. It is not defective if it does not
function during the charging operation.
Protect the charger against moisture! Please
refer to the instructions for disposal.

Tool change

With the tool holder SDS the insertion tool can
be changed easily and quickly, without requiring
additional tools.
As determined by the system, the SDS insertion
tool can move freely. This means that is some radial
round-out during idling. This has no effect on the
precision of the borehole, since the drill automatically
centers itself during the drilling operation.
The driver bits (b) can be inserted using a
connecting pipe (a).
The dust protection cap (1) largely prevents the
entry of bore dust into the SDS locking sleeve (2)
tool holder during operation. When inserting the
tool, make sure that the dust protection cap (1) is
not damaged.
A damaged dust protection cap (1) must be
replaced immediately. We recommend having this
done by qualified personnel.
1.
Inserting the SDS insertion tool (fig 1A):
Clean the insertion end of the insertion tool and
slightly grease it.
Rotate the insertion tool into the tool holder,
until it locks into place.
Check if the lock is secure by pulling on the tool.
2. Removing the SDS insertion tool (fig 1B):
Push the locking sleeve (2) backwards, and
remove the insertion tool.

Operation

1. Setting the operation mode:
Use the Drilling/Hammering switch (3) to choose
the power tool operation mode.
To change the operation mode, turn the Drilling/
Hammering switch (3) to the desired position.
NOTE: only change the operation mode
when the power tool is turned off!
Figure 2A shows the position for hammer drilling in
concrete or stone, figure 2B shows the position for
drilling without impact in wood, metal, ceramics or
plastics, as well as for driving.
fig.2A - fig.2B
2. Setting the rotation direction:
Only operate the rotation direction switch (6)
when the power tool as at a complete standstill.
The rotation direction switch (6) allows you to
change the power tool rotation direction. However,
this is not possible when the On/Off switch (7) is
pressed.
Clockwise rotation: For drilling and driving screws,
push the rotation direction switch (6) completely to
the left.
The rotation direction indicator (5) lights up
(fig.3A), if the On/Off switch is activated and the
engine running.
Anticlockwise rotation: For loosening and removing
