    E Series Oven Operation Delayed Start Feature Delayed start feature controls the automatic timing of the oven’s ON and OFF function. Set a mode to start later in the day and shut off when the cooking is complete or set it to shut off at a preset time.

    E Series Oven Operation Temperature Probe Feature IMPORTANT NOTE: For double ovens, temperature probe feature can only be used in the upper oven. The temperature probe measures doneness by measuring the internal temperature of food without opening the oven door. It is a convenient and accurate way to achieve the perfect doneness regardless of the type, cut or weight of the food.
