For your safety

This accessory is designed for the food processor MUM8.../MUMXL.. .
Follow the operating instructions for the food processor.
The mill is suitable for grinding all types of grain (except maize), poppy
seeds, linseeds, sesame, buckwheat, etc. Even herbs, spices and
coffee can be ground. The ingredients must be dry. It must not be used
for processing other objects or substances.
, Safety instructions for this appliance
Risk of injury!
Keep fingers out of the filling container. Do not insert any objects into
the filling container.
Do not attach or remove the mill until the drive is at a standstill and
the mains plug has been pulled out.
Important!
The accessories must be completely assembled before use.
Operate the accessories in the indicated operating position only.
Never assemble the mill on the base unit.
Please use a clean mill only, otherwise it could be damaged by metal
parts, sand or stones.
Do not operate the mill without any ingredients.
Never immerse individual parts (except filling container) in liquids,
never hold under running water and do not clean in the dishwasher.

Overload protection

An installed predetermined breaking point
protects the drive. The drive coupling (6)
will break if an overload occurs (e.g. damp
grain or foreign objects in the grinder).
A replacement drive coupling is available
from a dealer or customer service
(order no. 031003).
The drive coupling can easily be removed
and replaced.

Take hold of or clamp the grinding cone

and rotate the setting ring all the way
to the right.
Using flat nose pliers, grip the hexagon

flats on the drive coupling, turn it to the
right and pull out (bayonet lock).
