4.5 Magnet
Symptom
•
If the background light is turned on when the shell is closed, or if the Main display takes
long time to load up when the shell is opened, reverse the magnet according to the
instruction below.

Instruction
Make a mark on the
Magnet as shown in the
picture.

Remove the Magnet
from the cavety in
Upper Inside Cover, use
a pair of twezzers.
(Fig 3.13.2).
Reverse the Magnet and
replace it in the cavety.
(The mark is at the
bottom)

Note
Make sure the
magnet is not
mechanically
damaged, dirty or
oxidized.
If the problem
still occours,
replace Upper
Inner Cover.
